Kanayama dani ike（金山谷池) from shoo-town

This Lake/dam is only 5minutes drive from my house, probably 1.5hours walking from Katsumada station. Shoo-town is small town in Okayama. It is small but quite convenient town. We have trains station, easy access to high way bus, and have great nature.

This Kanayama dani ike is one of a spot, you should take a walk once come by shoo-town.
Recently, our local council made it nice park like facility for people to come around, eat lunch and etc... but I have hardly ever seen anyone when I am there.

Anyway,especially, in autumn, the coloured leaves are reflected by the water is really amazing.
and the because it quite far from everything. very quiet and pieceful.

You can come by walk but I recommend visiting by car. Because on the way to here there are no foot path. There are car park by the lake and very clean toilet.
