Only a day every last week of Monday of the month he comes to Tsuyama at flex gallery.
My recommendation is to try "suyaki". Suyaki is Takoyaki itself with no additional flavour.
But in the Takoyaki mix I assume he uses "dashi" so can enjoy its own taste.
Unfortunately, he only comes to Tsuyama at the very last Monday of the Month each Month.
It's because Monday, we may have difficulty to try.
